Posted by Emmanuel Petit, a former Chelsea midfielder, has advised the team not to sign Victor Osimhen.
One of the players being linked to a summer transfer to Chelsea is Osimhen.
The new contract that the 25-year-old signed in December had a release clause worth between €120 million and €130 million.
Petit stated that rather than looking to bring in more players, his old team should concentrate on developing its present roster.
“I do not believe that Chelsea needs Osimhen or Gyokeres.”
According to Petit, who spoke with Genting Casino, “there are so many players with Chelsea who are not playing to their level and can do so much more.”
Osimhen has also been linked to Ligue 1 winners Paris Saint-Germain and Arsenal.
