Serie A: Okoye laments Inter Milan’s victory against Udinese

Maduka Okoye, the goalkeeper for Udinese, has expressed dissatisfaction at the team’s loss to Inter Milan, the leaders of Serie A.

On Monday night, Udinese fell behind 2-1 against Simone Inzaghi’s team after conceding in the fifth minute of extra time.

The Zebras’ position on the table dropped as a result of the outcome, and they must now perform better to avoid relegation.

“I regret the way things ended. We didn’t get any points, even though we played a good game,” the goalkeeper said on the team’s official website.

Okoye thought back on how he did during the game as well.

“I ought to have stopped Calhanoglu’s follow-through shot. The Martinez intervention that came just after our goal was the most challenging, he continued.
